Virtual Assistant FAQs

  • A virtual assistant helps an entrepreneur, freelancer, or small business save valuable time and money by doing tasks that need to get done (but don’t necessarily need to be done by the CEO). Business owners often feel overwhelmed because running a business has so many moving parts that require regular attention. Yet, they may not be at a tipping point for a full time hire. That’s where I come in to help! Here’s a short list of some of the services a virtual assistant can offer:

    Email support

    Calendar management support

    Customer service support

    Spreadsheet management

    Process migrations or updates

    CRM database management

    Market research

    Daily back office tasks

…and really whatever else you need!

  • If you feel stretched too thin. If you’ve ever wanted to duplicate yourself to get extra things done. If you have a project that you hate doing regularly but has to get done. If you are ready to grow your business. If you’d like to spend more time leading your business rather than managing it. If you’re ready to have more free time and a better work life balance…

… then you’re ready for a virtual assistant.

  • I think a lot of virtual assistants will tell you that they care, and likely mean it. You don’t get into a vocation of helping others if you don’t really want to help. That being said, while there is a desire in all of us to help our clients, my skills are unique in that I really do make processes easier, faster, and smarter whenever I can. It’s not just about getting the job done, it’s about making a better process. Your business’ success is my success. If there’s a way to make something move faster, or to streamline a process in a new way, I’ll suggest it and implement it.

Not to mention, I’m a quick learner! You won’t be doing a lot of hand holding or answering emails when it comes to on-boarding me and getting things going. After all, a virtual assistant should create less work for you, not more! A clear conversation around objectives should do the trick, and we’ll be off and running!

  • To ensure you get the most out of your investment, I encourage you to consider either outlining a single project with me or picking one of my weekly packages. My packages are flexible enough for any entrepreneur and will ensure you get the most out of my services.

    A Helping Hand

5 hours per week at $250: This is perfect for the business owner who needs minimal support to knock out those tedious tasks.

    A Steady Hand

10 hours per week at $500: Need consistent support and more time on your hands? This is the package for you!

    Right Hand Woman

15 hours per week at $750: For the business that’s really ready to fly, allow me to assist you with multiple aspects of your business or major tasks.

  • I’m not a blogger or a social media marketer. While I can whip up some graphics on Canva in a pinch if you need it, I wouldn’t count on me to be the person posting on your behalf. Social media management is a very different skill from the things I’m best at and have experience in. Give the social stuff to someone else and leave the spreadsheets and processes for me.

For web design projects, I only work within Squarespace. Looking to transfer your site to Squarespace from Wordpress or Wix? I can help with that!

  • If we haven’t worked together, fill out my contact form to book a call! Once we start working together, I tend to gravitate towards email. That being said, I’m happy to adapt to the communication needs of my clients.

  • Hey, don’t take my word for it. I’ll always encourage you to do your own research. To get you started, here are some articles that do a great job of showcasing why a virtual assistant is such a good investment.
